A. I do not list my address or my phone number on my web site to help protect my privacy, as I often get bombarded with people looking for free information from anyone who is willing to give it to them. I will e-mail payment guidelines, including my address and other info, after you have filled out and submitted your "Session Request Form".
Q. What exactly do I need to do to schedule a session with Albert?
A. To schedule a session, you need to start by filling out a basic "Session Request Form" for whichever session that you would like to do: Pet Spirit, Pet Psychic, Angel, Life Coach, Spirit, Past Life, Soul Mate, Missing Pet, Destiny, Psychic, Astrological or Business Profile.

Q. How can I schedule my session with Albert as soon as possible?
A. Fill out a "Session Request Form" for the session that you would like to have. After I receive your form, I will e-mail payment info. Then, send me a "Money Order" via UPS, FedEx, or first-class mail.
If you would like to talk as soon as you possibly can, you could also request a "rush" appointment, which means that for an additional $50.00 fee, I will schedule your session within "7 to 10" days after I have confirmed receipt of your payment. This is optional, but it does help to expedite your appointment, if you are in a hurry to talk.
Q. Why do I have to fill out a "Session Request Form" to schedule a session with Albert and what is the reason for his guidelines? It seems like a complicated process to me?
A. The process isn't "complicated" at all, but you do have to put out a bit of genuine effort in order to schedule a session with me.
Filling out my Session Request Form provides me with an accurate first impression of how cooperative (or uncooperative) a person is from the start. People who complain about filling out my forms are the same people who always find fault with everything in life! If you are that easily aggravated, I would rather not have you as a client.
My request forms and guidelines weed out the "passively interested" curiosity seekers. My policies explain exactly what a client can expect from me and what I expect from them in return. I want everyone to understand exactly how I do things before they submit their payment.
Q. Does Albert call me, or do I need to call him, for my session?
A. It is always *Your* responsibility to call me for your session.
Q. I read in Albert's biography that he lives in the United States. Is he willing to accept "international" clients who live outside of the U.S.?
A. Yes! I have always welcomed international clients and have been conducting sessions for people from all over the world.
Q. Has Albert ever conducted any of his private sessions in person?
A. I conduct ALL sessions over the telephone and I actually prefer this method. A session over the phone is every bit as accurate and beneficial as a session that is done in person. It is also more objective. Since I cannot see you, there isn't any external imagery (jewelry, body language, reaction to something I say, etc.) to influence or alter my impressions, making my sessions even that much more authentic!
Those who express interest in scheduling a session, but tell themselves that they have to speak with the Medium in person in order to receive a valid reading, are just looking for excuses to Not have a session. People who are that rigid in their thinking about how Mediums work should refrain from scheduling a reading with me.
Q. How long does it usually take for Albert to schedule my session?
A. That depends on how full my appointment schedule is when you request the session. It usually takes anywhere from "four to eight weeks". As an option, I now offer a rush appointment. That means that for an additional $50.00 fee, I will schedule a date for your session "within 7 to 10 days" after I confirm receipt of your payment.
Due to growing interest in my sessions and demands on my schedule, I keep all session request forms for 7 days from the date they were filled out. After 7 days, they are deleted, unless you tell me before then that you sent your payment out or will be sending it very soon.
Q. What forms of payment does Albert currently accept?
A. For clients within the United States, I will accept a Money Order (which I prefer) or a Cashier's Check, which is also known as a Bank check. For international clients, I will accept an "international money order payable in US funds only".
You can purchase a money order from any convenience store or super market. It does not necessarily have to be from your bank or post office. Any money order is fine. Regardless of where you live, money orders are easily available for a minimal fee, so it is very easy to find a business that sells them. If you need help finding a place, just ask me.
Q. What is the best method to safely remit my payment to Albert?
A. Use a courier service like UPS or FedEx. You may also send your payment by regular First-class mail, but I would not recommend Priority Mail or Express Mail through the post office. Those services are very unreliable and they often deliver to the wrong address!
Q. Why did Albert decide not to accept any of the major credit cards?
A. There's far too much credit card fraud on the internet and no such thing as a "100% secure" web site when you purchase anything on line. I do not accept credit cards to safeguard my clients as well as myself from any potential identity theft problems that could arise from this type of transaction.
Putting out the effort to purchase a money order shows me that you are sincere about doing the session and you agree to my terms, which means you are a cooperative person and respect me. People who try to browbeat me into making an exception just for them make me reluctant to work with them, as they are already creating controversy.
Q. Why did Albert decide not to accept personal or business checks?
A. I used to accept personal as well as business checks several years ago, but you would be surprised at the number of people who will pass bad checks, whether intentional or not! It got so bad that even after I redeposited some of them, a few would still bounce, so I decided to discontinue checks as a payment option, as they were costing me money and affecting my credit standing at my bank.
Q. Why did Albert decide not to accept PayPal payments?
A. PayPal is not as "secure" as their company would have you believe! Here are a few pertinent points about just how poorly their company conducts its business - all of which is thoroughly documented on line:
Any PayPal account can be frozen at any time, for any reason, without you receiving advance notice, leaving you without access to your money for months (if not forever) and there really isn't anything that you can do about it.
PayPal is quick to charge back transactions, even several months after the transaction has already occurred, for seemingly *any* reason and without *any* warning being given beforehand. This negligent and highly unethical practice increases the possibility of 'theft of services'.
Fraud runs rampant on PayPal's network and merchants who conduct business through their company (which is owned by eBay) are not provided with any of the tools to enable them to identify fraudulent transactions, which other merchants are given to help them to prevent identification theft.
Q. How did Albert come up with the different rates for his sessions?
A. I charge what I feel is a reasonable fee for a quality session. While I understand that I am not the least expensive Medium on the internet, I am certainly not the most expensive either!
There are many mediums who advertise cheap rates for their services and it is always due to their inability to effectively help you! I consistently have new clients contact me after they wasted their money on inexpensive sessions, then realized in retrospect why they didn't have to pay very much for them - because they did not receive anything for what they paid - even though it was a low "discount" rate!
Q. Does Albert ever issue either a refund or a credit for his sessions?
A. I explain on my 'Rates' page, as well as on the payment guidelines which I email to every prospective client after I receive their session request form, that I do not issue a refund or a credit to anyone for any reason, regardless of the circumstances.
I also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. However, I only exercise this option whenever someone becomes very confrontational, rude, or problematic, which doesn't occur very often.
Q. Does Albert personally respond to all of the email that he receives?
A. I always try to, although my appointment schedule and other outside commitments keep me very busy! If a person is sincere and polite, I will reply, but I also have a web manager who assists me with correspondence and screens all of my email.
Regardless of how busy I am, I never send a client (or a prospective client for that matter) a form letter of any kind, as I feel they are very impersonal. If you receive a message from me, I either sent it myself, or I asked my web manager, Michelle, to send the message for me.
Q. For Pet Psychic and Pet Spirit Sessions - is what Albert does similar to an animal communicator?
A. No it is not. In fact, there is no similarity whatsoever between my psychic abilities as a Spirit Medium - as opposed to the alleged skills a so called animal 'communicator'.
Contrary to their claims, most animal communciators have very limited intuitive ability at best. Most of them are outright frauds preying on the naive public, by pretending to be able to communicate with your pet, when in fact, they cannot.
Do not fall prey to these charlatans, as more of them are surfacing than ever before. None of these 'animal communicators' have any genuine psychic ability, so they will often advertise themselves as a less expensive alternative to a psychic - as they know they have nothing else to offer to you, except a cheaper price! What is the point of saving some money if you receive a worthless reading? Think about that.
Q. What questions are covered in a typical Pet Psychic session?
A. Pet Psychic Sessions address ALL questions that you have about your pets that are "living": health problems, behavioral and temperament changes, after-effects from traumatic experience, refusal to obey or to eat, excessive sluggishness, etc. Any questions you might have about a pet that is *living* will be fine for a Pet Psychic session.
Q. What questions are covered in a typical Pet Spirit session?
A. Pet Spirit Sessions address ALL questions that you have about your pets that are "no longer living": what they died from, how they're doing since they made the "transition to spirit", health issues which contributed to their passing (a terminal illness, etc) that you may not have been aware of, signs that your departed pet visits with you. Any questions you may have about a pet that is 'no longer living' will be fine for a Pet Spirit session.
Q. Why are your rates for a Pet Spirit session and Spirt session higher than any of the other sessions that you offer?
A. Because Pet Spirit and Spirit sessions are very hard to do! Each session requires a substantial amount of my physical, emotional and mental energy. I have to step up my energy and step down the spirit's energy, to act as a conduit for communicating whatever the spirit conveys to their loved one. These sessions should not be compared side by side to any other session that I offer, as both sessions are vastly different by their very essence.
Contacting the spirit world in general can be very draining, as a tremendous energy transfer or shift occurs. Add to that, the personality of the spirit, the personality as well as the anxiety level of the deceased spirit's loved one, who is grieving and desperately looking for answers, plus any unresolved tension that could still be pulling on the spirit and its loved ones and you can start to see that these sessions can be very stressful!
Some well-known "celebrity Mediums" charge $1,500.00 for one session and you have to wait for a year to receive an appointment - and if that isn't bad enough - when you finally have the session, you never really know how long your session will be! It could be as long as 30 mins or as short as 15 mins, which I feel is unfair to the client!
Q. What if I find another Spirit Medium on line who has a lower price for a Pet Spirit or a Spirit Session than your rate. Are you willing to lower your rates to match theirs?
A. No, I will not. My rates stand as they are listed on my site and I will not constantly revise them to accommodate everyone. My thoughts about lower rates are thus - if you find a rate lower than mine and you feel confident that the medium you selected can provide you with an excellent session for the fee that you paid, then by all means try them, as I have already established a very strong client base from my reputation on the internet, with over half of my customers coming back for multiple sessions.
Q. Isn't it a fact that all Mediums are making a fortune by charging so much for sessions? Why won't they offer their special talents that they have to the public free of charge?
A. These questions come from people who haven't a clue about real mediums and how challenging it is for us to make a living! While it is true that 'celebrity' mediums (the ones always on TV) charge exorbitant rates (as expensive as $1,000 to $2,000 for 'one' session), I am not part of that greedy clique, as all of my rates are much lower!
If you want proof, go to their sites and compare my rates to theirs. Perhaps then you will understand what I mean.
Conducting sessions is my full-time means for making a living and paying my bills. If I were to listen to everyone who felt I should lower my rates, or offer free sessions, I would quickly go out of business. As it is, I make a modest living and it is not anything close to a 'fortune'!
I always shake my head at the ignorant souls who really think that everyone in my profession is so rich. I always wonder how such lies get started. Ever since this planet has been in existence - Mediums, Psychics, Mystics and whatever else the public labels us - have been criticized and ridiculed. Yet, many people still think that all psychics live in lavish mansions and drive expensive cars? How preposterous!
Q. Doesn't the Bible warn against talking to Mediums?
A. No, it does not. The forces of darkness on this planet have for millenia, relentlessly worked through ignorant imbeciles to deceive others into thinking that there is no such thing as spirit communication, karmic retribution, reincarnation, etc. They did this to prevent people from learning the Truth ... that all souls are eternal.
Once you truly understand this Universal Law, it will change your entire outlook on life. The malevolent forces at work here want to continue to keep you enslaved on this dense physical plane of suffering, by keeping this critically important information from you.
Q. Why doesn't Albert write a book and/or make public appearances on television, like other popular Mediums are doing?
A. Certain mediums feel the need to reach out to others through TV, radio, public appearances, etc. There are a few of us who decided to maintain a quiet public profile. I realized a while ago that my abilities are not supposed to be all about me, but the information that I share with those souls who truly need spiritual guidance and healing.
Over the years, I have received more than a few invitations about being a guest on some of the well known national talk shows. I have also been asked to be the guest host for a PBS documentary about psychic mediums and hauntings. Just recently, I was offered the opportunity to appear in an upcoming ShowTime event about the paranormal. I turned down all of those offers, as I felt that I should not shamelessly exploit my talents.
A colleague once gave me some invaluable advice, when I was young and naive and just getting started - "Avoid the media vultures. They will capitalize on your abilities, then make a public mockery of your talents and discredit you when you are no longer of any value to them." I will always appreciate those kind words of wisdom to this day.
I am writing a book, but it will take some time before it is completed and I am not in a hurry to finish it any time soon.
