Albert has been using his special abilities for Spirit and Pet Spirit Communication to help others ever since his Near-Death drowning experience in 1975, even though he had already exhibited telepathic ability, as well as powerful intuitive perception, even as a little boy.

Albert's Guardian Angel pulled him out of the freezing water of a lake in Northern Canada, as a result of an adolescent prank that almost abruptly ended his life! She explained that it was not time for him to return to spirit and that this accident would begin to significantly enhance his perceptions and that he would become an influential Messenger of Light. His soul was now prepared to fully awaken to its Divine purpose for incarnating here again.

Albert's Angel continued to explain to him that he had been a well known spiritual teacher in many previous lives, so the transition of him becoming a spirit medium in this lifetime would be much less arduous of a journey than it would seem. She also told him that he would use his heightened awareness and unique abilities to help heal many troubled souls who would seek out his guidance and support.

Albert is Clairvoyant (to "see" spirits), Clairaudient (to "hear" spirits), and Clairsentient (to "sense" spirits). He is also able to attune to the unique personality traits of spirits and will oftentimes convey some of their mannerisms and/or personality traits during his sessions.

Albert vividly recalled the period during his childhood when he started to become aware of his unique ability to communicate with spirits, which began to manifest at a very early age:

"I can still remember playing out in my back yard, which opened up to a big garden about 50 feet from our house. There were massive grape vines on our property that were shaped so that you could walk under them. They were propped up with long wooden supports. A picnic table was placed under one of the larger vines, so you could sit and enjoy the yard. The table was positioned so that the vines draped around it, which formed a large protective canopy or arbor."

"I would play at that table for hours on end, and talk to the children, as well as adults, who would often stop by to visit with me, whom I later realized were my 'spirit' friends."

"They would talk to me about events that were about to happen in my life and taught me how to quiet my mind so that I could start to sense what people around me were feeling, (or "see through the veil", as my grandmother would refer to it) although I did not realize at the time that they were teaching me."

"It took me several years (as these visits began when I was 5 or 6) to begin to understand that most people could not see these "visitors", let alone communicate with them. I thought, as most young children do, that everyone could see and talk to the same people that I saw and spoke to each day, as it felt very comfortable for me to communicate with souls in the spirit world."

"I have always had many different pets including cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, tropical birds and horses. I could communicate with them on an 'empathic' level, but I did not know that was the name used to describe my ability. If one of them was not feeling well, or was upset about something, I could intuitively sense what I needed to do for them to enable them to feel better."

There are certain mediums who feel that they have to appear on television and promote a book to showcase their talent and there are a few who prefer a low-key profile. Albert understood early on in his career that his special talents weren't meant to be used as an ego builder for him, but instead, for disseminating Truth and enlightenment to the people who sought his help.

"I realized a while ago that my ability is not supposed to be all about me, but rather, the information that I am able to communicate to souls who are in need of spiritual guidance and healing."

Albert's clients span the globe and although he is very willing to share his spiritual insight with anyone who requests his services, he never compromises the quality of his sessions. Every session requires a substantial amount of Albert's energy, so it is important that he has time to rest and rejuvenate in between, so that he can help as many souls as possible.

"My grandmother articulated these words to me a long time ago, when she started to realize that I had special abilities:"

"This may not be the life that you would have chosen for yourself, but it *IS* the life that has chosen you! You were destined to be a Medium."

Albert has expressed his concerns about the popularity of so-called celebrity psychics, with some poignant observations about their self-serving goals that unfortunately plague his livelihood:

"Too many Mediums work the 'talk-show circuit' for personal gain, while a small percentage of us work quietly and diligently behind the spotlight, guiding the individual - not blithely entertaining a sold out studio audience for their jaded amusement."

"The fact that I still offer private sessions and do not spend my time flaunting my ability on television or on cruise ship 'seminars' for gratuitous public recognition is ample proof that I strive to maintain my professional integrity as a serious Spirit Medium."

"Recently, I was contacted by Abrams Artists Agency in Los Angeles and offered the opportunity to be the host for a pet psychic show scheduled for release on a national cable network. I turned down their offer, as I knew that it would compromise the amount of time that I would have left for conducting sessions for my clients."

"A close friend gave me some invaluable advice, when I was getting started doing private sessions - "Avoid the media vultures. They will try to capitalize on your special talents, then attempt to discredit you when you are no longer considered valuable to their ratings." These words of wisdom have enabled me to remain sane in my profession to this day."
